Cream Syrup Varieties |
| Cinnamon Cream Syrup |
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup evaporated milk

Directions:
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, water and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat.
- Cool for 5 minutes. Stir in milk.

Serve warm over pancakes, waffles or French toast.

| Vanilla Cream Syrup |
Ingredients:
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh fruit, diced, or fresh berries

Procedure:
- Combine sugar, corn syrup and cream in a 1-quart pan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 2 minutes or until syrup thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and fruit.
