These are great walnut halves. Were buying in bulk and passing the savings on to you. Get this economy size bag for less--a full 13 ounces, about 4 cups. Walnuts are wonderful in baking, candy making, and snacks. But they are fragile. Walnuts have a high fat content and should be stored in a cool place to avoid rancidity. For longest life either freeze them or store them in your refrigerator. Once the bag is opened, always store any remainder in the refrigerator and use within three months.
