These are great pecans. These come from a high-volume supplier and theyre much fresher than those found in the grocery store.Pecans are wonderful in baking, candy making, and snacks. But they are fragile. Pecans have a high fat content and should be stored in a cool place to avoid rancidity. For longest life either freeze them or store them in your refrigerator. Once the bag is opened, always store any remainder in the refrigerator and use within three months. Never store pecans or products with pecans in them over the stove or in another warm place.
