Flavored Syrup Variations |
Flavored syrups are added to coffees or even teas for an additional flavor dimension. Know more about different variations of the flavored syrup. |

| Vanilla Syrup |
- Make a basic sugar syrup, along with the 1 vanilla bean split into halves.
- Once cool, add 1 cup lemon or lime juice.

Strain syrup through a wire mesh strainer, removing and discarding the bean. Chill until needed.

| Lemon or Lime Syrup |
- Make a basic sugar syrup, along with the peel of 2 lemons or limes, cut into thin strips.
- Once cool, add 1 cup lemon or lime juice.

Strain syrup through a wire mesh strainer, removing and discarding the peel. Chill until needed.

| Berry Syrup |
- Make a basic sugar syrup, along with the 1 pint rinsed and stemmed raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries, or 3 cups sliced strawberries.
- Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Strain syrup through a wire mesh strainer, removing the fruit. Chill until needed.

- Make a basic sugar syrup, stir in 2 cups sliced or cubed peaches, plums or pineapple.
- Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
